The war of words between a trade union and bus company has continued after the GMB accused Stagecoach North East of blocking the families of striking Sunderland workers from using free family passes to travel during ongoing industrial action.
A mum from Sunderland has expressed her anger at a Stagecoach driver who wouldn’t let her 11-year-old daughter on the bus after she mistakenly didn’t have 60p for the fare.
