While he was initially a right-back, Bielsa sees Gotts as a number eight - playing as a box-to-box midfielder.
What has been said about him?
Gotts is known to be a favourite of current Leeds United boss Bielsa, who talked up the midfielder’s abilities last week while discussing a potential exit.
“If a good opportunity presents itself for Gotts to go out on loan we will help to make this happen," said Bielsa, speaking to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

“It's very difficult to affirm what I've just said as he's had very few minutes in the first team.

What do we know about Sunderland’s interest?
The Black Cats have been linked with a loan move for Gotts.
Phil Hay of The Athletic claimed that Sunderland were one of the sides monitoring the 20-year-old and, with the domestic window open until October 16, there is still time to seal a deal.

Sunderland are far from alone in their rumoured interest in Gotts.
Swindon Town and Hull City have also been linked, while Huddersfield Town - who are managed by former Leeds under-23 boss Carlos Corberan - are also thought to hold an interest in sealing his signature.
