Sunderland suffered their second defeat of the Premier League campaign on Saturday night against Arsenal.
It was a tight affair, with Bruno scoring just moments after Enzo Le Fee missed a penalty. Bukayo Saka scored from the spot late on to secure the points for the visitors, with Reinildo shown a red card.
Here’s how we rated all the Black Cats involved on the night...
9. CAM - Enzo Le Fee
Linked up nicely with Brobbey in the first half. Missed a penalty at a key moment in the game - albeit it was more about the brilliant save from Raya than the strike. Dangerous when he moved out to the right late on. 5 | Getty Images
10. LW - Nilson Angulo
Worked really hard to help Reinildo defensively in the first half and had a couple of bright attacking moments. Tired in the second half and Jurrien Timber dominated their battle after replacing Ben White at half time. 5 | Getty Images
11. ST - Brian Brobbey
Didn’t deserve to be on the losing side. The stats might show he had limited sight of goal but he constantly gave Sunderland an outlet. Dominated his battle with Konsa in particular and put in a massive shift. A super showing. 8 | Getty Images
12. Sub - Wilson Isidor
Really struggled to get into the game as he was brought on alongside Brobbey. 5 | Getty Images
