Sunderland suffered their second defeat of the Premier League campaign on Saturday night against Arsenal.
It was a tight affair, with Bruno scoring just moments after Enzo Le Fee missed a penalty. Bukayo Saka scored from the spot late on to secure the points for the visitors, with Reinildo shown a red card.
Here’s how we rated all the Black Cats involved on the night...
1. GK - Robin Roefs
Nothing he could do about Bruno’s brilliant strike. Will be frustrated not to save Saka’s penalty having got a good hand to it. Good from set pieces and made one or two strong stops. 6 | Chris Fryatt
2. RB - Nordi Mukiele
Had another really strong game. Burst forward when he could from right back in the first half and put in a top defensive performance. Unlucky not to score with a couple of efforts late on. 7 | Getty Images
3. CB - Dan Ballard
Looks back to his best. Made loads of good defensive interceptions and was bang at it throughout. Unlucky to be on the losing side. 7 | Getty Images
4. CB - Kevin Danso
Steady game at the back. Moved the ball crisply and his long throw is going to be a weapon for Sunderland this season. 6 | Sunderland AFC
