'He's been awful!': Sunderland fans rejoice as star man DROPPED for Gillingham clash

Phil Parkinson has named his Sunderland side to face Gillingham – and fans have been quick to react.

Having been hit with an injury crisis, the Black Cats have been forced into no fewer than five changes from the side that lost to Scunthorpe United.

In come Laurens De Bock, Brandon Taylor, Alim Ozturk, Will Grigg and Chris Maguire with a number of players missing out through injury and circumstance.

And interestingly, star man Aiden McGeady has been dropped to the bench.
