Car overturns on bend of Sunderland road linking Silksworth and Tunstall
A car has overturned on the road linking Tunstall and Silksworth on Thursday, January 2.
Emergency services were called to Tunstall Hope Road where a Ford Fiesta has overturned.
Nobody is believed to have been injured in the incident.
The road links Leechmere Way, in Tunstall, and Paddock Lane, in Silksworth.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said: "At 10.07am we received a report of an overturned Ford Fiesta on Tunstall Road.
"There were no injuries."
The car is being removed and traffic is coping well.
