The bus company wants to recruit people who hold a valid car driving licence and can be relied upon to ensure that services operate, whatever the weather.
The transport firm has depots across the North East, with bus drivers based at the likes of Sunderland, Washington, Chester-le-Street and Peterlee.
And applicants don’t even need to have experience of driving buses or a bus licence, as Go North East will provide training to help them get their licence.
