Sunderland's Summer Streets festival latest event to be cancelled due to pandemic
The annual event, which attracts thousands for a day of family fun and live music, originated in Thompson Park before moving to Seaburn Recreation ground to coincide with the Tall Ships Races in 2018 and then Cliffe Park last year.
Although a full line-up had not yet been announced, the free event was expected to return to the seafront this July.
