EFL call an emergency board meeting - with Sunderland's League One season set to be suspended
The EFL are set to hold an emergency board meeting this morning to lay out their plans for the coronavirus outbreak.

Reports have suggested that the Championship, League One and League Two are set to be suspended – and an emergency board meeting has been called to discuss plans today.
An EFL Spokesman said: “The EFL Board will meet this morning to make a decision on this weekend’s fixtures and beyond.”
The Premier League have also called a similar meeting.
