Coventry have reached the Championship play-off final at Wembley after beating Middlesbrough at the Riverside.

Coventry will face Luton Town in the Championship play-off final after the Sky Blues beat Middlesbrough 1-0 at the Riverside.

After a goalless first leg, Gustavo Hamer scored the only goal of the match in the 57th minute during the return fixture.

Mark Robins’ side will now face Luton, who overcame Sunderland in the other semi-final, in the play-off final at Wembley on Saturday, May 27.

The match will kick off at 4:45pm and will go to extra-time and penalties if the game finishes as a draw after 90 minutes.

Sky Sports will be showing all the action on their channels.

Sunderland and Boro will now prepare for the 2023/24 Championship season, with fixtures set to be released next month on Thursday, June 22 at 9am.
