Borussia Dortmund star sends this classy message as Sunderland make a key appointment

The Black Cats have appointed Kristjaan Speakman as their new Sporting Director, in what is expected to be the first appointment of many in what is a major re-shape of the club’s footballing options.

And Bellingham – who came through the ranks at Birmingham City under the guidance of Speakman – has sent a message to his former mentor.

Taking to Twitter, the youngster said: “All the best & thanks for everything @krespeakman!”
