Sheldon Farnell lost his life on Monday.

The four-year-old died on Monday, less than 24 hours after being discharged from Sunderland Royal Hospital. An inquiry is now underway. Hundreds of pounds have been raised in the wake of his death to pay for the send off he deserves, and tributes have been paid across social media to the bonny little boy with the cheeky smile.
