'Fly high beautiful girl' - tributes paid to teenager Alisha Webster who tragically died following crash in Sunderland
Fifteen-year-old Alisha Webster sadly died as a result of the injuries she sustained following the crash on Wessington Way which happened shortly after 4.30pm on Wednesday, February 19.

Hide AdShe was airlifted to Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary by the Great North Air Ambulance with life-threatening injuries.
Today, Northumbria Police has confirmed that Alisha died as a result of those injuries on Tuesday, February 25.
Her family have been notified and are currently being supported by specialist officers at this time.
Tributes have poured in for the much-loved teenager from Echo readers who have said their thoughts are with her family.
