Dozens of readers have paid tribute to a much-loved teenager who died suddenly at his home.

Taylor Bowe's family remembered their "wonderful and beautiful" son and brother, who passed away on Monday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the family home in Dunscar, Houghton. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

Mum Bronia, 49, dad Thomas, 51, and sister Alex, 27, have shared their memories of the youngster, who had ambitions of becoming a chef and was looking forward to proposing to his girlfriend, and becoming godfather to his niece, who will turn one in April.
