They all appeared at Newcastle Crown Court unless otherwise stated.
9. Lacey Robson
Robson, 48, of Toward Street, Hendon, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and a public order offence at Souty Tyneside Magistrates' Court. Rutherford, 21, of Eglesfield Road, Sunderland, pleaded guilty to affray and having an article with a blade or point and was was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment Photo: NOP
12. Darren Yates
Yates, 39, of Essex Crescent, Seaham, admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Durham Crown Court. Judge James Adkin sentenced him to an extended determinate sentence – which combines a custodial sentence and an extended period on licence – with six years in custody, of which he must serve two-thirds before being eligible for release by the Parole Board.
