The force arrested a 16-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man on suspicion of causing criminal damage after reports a door had been deliberately kicked through.
Today, Monday, May 11, the force said the 21-year-old had been given a caution, while the boy has been referred to youth support services.
Residents saw a number of police vehicles and officers in the street following reports of criminal damage to a house in Carley Road in Southwick.
