Police called to Pallion after reports of youths fighting

Northumbria Police were called to the Pallion area of Sunderland after receiving reports that a group of youths were fighting.

Officers were called to Woodbine Terrace shortly before 4pm on Wednesday, July 21, after a member of the public had reported the incident.

No one involved has reported it to the police and they are not aware of anyone being injured as a result – with all parties having left the scene before police arrived.

A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: “Shortly before 4pm on Wednesday (July 21) we were contacted by a member of the public who reported a group of youths fighting in the Woodbine Terrace area of Sunderland.

“Officers attended but all parties had left the scene. The incident was not reported by any of those involved and we have not received any report of any injuries.

“Anyone involved who has information can contact police via the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of our website or by calling 101 quoting log NP-20210721-0756.”
