They all appeared at Newcastle Crown Court unless otherwise stated.
21. John Hare
Hare, 53, of Carr House Farm, Murton, Seaham, denied assault and criminal damage but was convicted after a magistrates court trial. He admitted possession of a prohibited firearm. Sentencing at Newcastle Crown Court, Judge Edward Bindloss jailed him for five-and-a-half years with an order to pay £100 compensation for the damage. Photo: NOP
22. Radoslaw Chmielewski
Chmielewski, of Kennilworth Court, Washington, admitted burglary. The 40-year-old also admitted an unrelated charge of handling stolen computer games and five charges of theft from Sainsbury's, in Washington, where he stole a total of £1,000 worth of Jack Daniels. 23. Robert Jeavons

Lodge, 33, of Teasdale Avenue, Houghton, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm and was sentenced to two years imprisonment, suspended for two years, with rehabilitation requirements, 120 hours unpaid work and an order to pay £2,000 compensation. Photo: NOP
