The development stands behind two new leisure developments, STACK Seaburn which opened last week and the Seaburn Inn, a new £6 million hotel which is set to open in 2021.
Avant will also invest more than £600,000 in local education, a coastal warden contribution, the provision of open green spaces and a children’s play area.
The development will create around 90 sales and construction jobs over the course of its three-year construction.
