It’s fully booked for peak times for the first two weeks of reopening and at one point 6,000 people were trying to book the same limited benches, with the venue still running at 25% capacity due to social distancing. Bookings will be released in fortnight slots, which will be announced on their social media pages. There will also be a limited allocation each day for walk ups.
In the meantime, here’s a rundown on what’s in each of the occupied units.
1. So Smooth Co
The newest trader to open at Stack will be So Smooth Co, a smoothie bar which has taken up one of the remaining empty units at the shipping container village. The business is the brainchild of Callum Christie and Glen Watson whose smoothies and other products are blended using natural ingredients and contain zero additives or sugars. The majority of their Super Smoothies contain most of your five a day and are made using organic fruit and vegetables. They'll be announcing their opening day details soon. Photo: submitted
2. Boojie Burger
Take a bite out of the burgers on offer here which include options such as chicken katsu burger (£8) to a Mexican burger (£8). Sides include cheesy fries for £4. Photo: Stu Nortona
3. The Little Cakery
The Little Cakery has proved a sweet success so far with its choice of brownies, blondies, rocky roads, cookie bars, tiffins and more. You can also pick up family picnic boxes to take on the beach. Photo: Stu Norton
4. Acropolis
Acropolis is one of the most popular traders thanks to its award-winning Greek food. Options include a chicken gyros for £7, vegan souvlaki £7 and grilled halloumi £2.80. Photo: Stu Norton
