Newcastle fans have arrived in Sunderland for the FA Cup derby clash at the Stadium of Light.
NUFC fans were prohibited from using any other for of transport to get to the match, which kicks off at 12.45pm.
They were met by a ring of steel set up by Northumbria Police, where officers have stressed 'troublemakers' will not be tolerated.
