Are Invisalign braces available for adults in Sunderland? Where can I find prompt treatment and advice?

Wanting straighter teeth is top of many people’s wish-list. Here, an expert local dental practice, backed up with testimony from local influencer Rachel Casey, gives the lowdown on her Invisalign journey.

Straighter teeth are no longer an option for Hollywood A-listers only – it’s affordable, often faster than you think, and available right here in the North East.

And for influencer Rachel Casey, her Invisalign experience was a 13 week journey that was well worth the time and month.

She said that she felt her teeth were hardly moving at all to begin with, then, suddenly: “Boom, my teeth look amazing!”

Rachel felt particularly comfortable at City Dental as her treatment team were predominantly female led, which she says made her feel relaxed throughout. She’s now moving on to night-time retainers, to keep her newly straightened top and bottom teeth in position.

She added: “This was honestly the best thing I have ever done, I couldn’t recommend it enough.”

How does it work?

Invisalign system is available from City Dental, an award-winning practice covering Sunderland and the rest of the North East. A mould is taken of your own teeth, a video simulation is created of what the new look will be, and then see-through guards are created for the patient to wear 24/7 while teeth are gently moved back into a smooth curve that suits your gumline. Adults generally find this method a much less invasive option.

There are regular follow-ups to monitor progress and to adjust where necessary.
