6. Demon Dentist, July 13-15, Sunderland Empire
Demon Dentist Live on Stage is set to tickle ribs at Sunderland Empire from July 13-15. The bestselling children’s author David Walliams and the award-winning Birmingham Stage Company have teamed up for a brand-new production of Demon Dentist. 7. Summer Streets, Cliffe Park, Seaburn, July 15 & 16
Summer Streets returns to Cliffe Park, Seaburn on July 15 and 16. The free family festival has a host of acts including The Young’Uns, North East folk favourites who have won the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award three times. They’ll appear on the evening of Saturday, July 15. Sunday’s headliners are The Original Pinettes, an all-female brass band from New Orleans, who are performing thanks to a partnership with Durham BRASS.
