Stadium of Light from the sky: Amazing drone pictures show full glory of Sunderland AFC's home
These spectacular images were taken by Echo reader Brian Priest - and it shows why Black Cats fans across the city are so proud of their stadium.
When the club was taken over by new owner Stewart Donald in the summer, he pledged to replace the ground's "pink seats" - and urged fans to come forward and help with the effort.

Hide AdThirty thousand seats were replaced in phases. Work began in July, and the last seat was finished in November.More than 2,000 SAFC supporters offered their help to the club. The number was narrowed down to 900 - and the result is absolutely fantastic.
Brian, 39, captured the scarlet seats - and new white ones too - in all their glory from the sky.
