9. Halloween at Jarrow Hall, South Tyneside

10. Out of the Shadows, Cragside, Northumberland
Out of the shadows is taking place at Cragside from October 26 to November 3 from 10am–4pm. Head to Cragside this October half term as the National Trust shine a light on dark tales and hidden histories at the home of electrical light. 11. Dracula the Travesty, Customs House, South Shields
A familiar acting partnership is about to take a slightly more sinister turn. Ray Spencer has joined the cast of Dracula: The Travesty, which is guaranteed to have
audiences on the edge of their seats over the Halloween period. He will play Van Helsing alongside Davey Hopper’s Dracula in the comic take on the Bram Stoker tale – a frightfully funny panto with teeth. Dracula: The Travesty, produced by The Customs House in association with Northumberland Theatre Company (NTC), comes to The Customs House for four nights, from Tuesday, October 29, to Friday, November 1, at 7pm.
