Win burgers and drinks for two at Sunderland's No2 Church Lane
The burger restaurant has launched a new menu and to celebrate we’re giving away a three-course meal for two, plus drinks.
Housed in the former opticians on the corner of Church Lane, the restaurant opened its doors in the summer of 2016 as part of the emergence of the city’s cultural quarter which has seen a host of bars and restaurants, including the Engine Room and Mexico 70, set up shop in this corner of the city centre.

Expect belly-busting portions at the site, which has added even more sinful options to its menu, including starters such as cheeseburger spring rolls, loaded nachos, pigs in blankets and steak fries that are not for the faint-hearted.
Meanwhile, new mains options include the Pizza Burger, topped with pepperoni, mozzarella and home-made pizza sauce; the Holy Cow, which features a 6oz steak topped with onions, cheese and BBQ sauce; the All Day Breakfast, which is topped with a full English and Sweet Home Avocado, which is Cajun chicken with avocado, chilli jam and lime mayo.
New vegan additions include Feisty Falafel, a falafel party with lettuce, tomato and red onion with garlic and chilli sauce and Sweet Seitan, a meat substitute topped with sweetcorn fritters and sweet and sour sauce. If you’re after something lighter, there’s also a Churchy’s House Salad and a Caesar Salad that have been added to the menu.
