Famous circus comes to Sundarland – get your tickets now
Continental Circus Berlin will be at Seaburn Recreation Park, this week from Wednesday, February 23 to Sunday, February 27.
The troupe brings together brilliant circus acts, music and real youthful energy, incorporating fantastic performers from all over the world.
We are in an age when so much entertainment is not tangible - made up of special effects, CGI and virtual reality – which are pre-recorded, multi-tracked, digitally enhanced or in some other way electronically created, the excitement of a truly live and in-person show is a breath of fresh air.
The show has been put together by the people behind big-names of the big-top including Moscow State Circus and Circus Extreme, and promises to be a feast for the eyes and senses.
Prepare to be dazzled with disbelief at the feats and skills seen at Continental Circus Berlin. The organisers say the audience won’t believe their eyes!
From rola-balancing on a motorbike to the death defying Globe of Death, where riders travel at G-force speeds inside a mesh dome. There are stunts to stun you throughout the show, and Clown Eddie will be there to guide you through the whole extravaganza.
The show promises hula hoop queens, amazing arielists and whirlwind roller skaters and it all takes place in a heated, covid-secure theatre-style big top.

FREE show for NHS workers
As a special thank you to NHS staff & Care Workers the circus is offering them Free Tickets to a special preview show.
These preview shows will take place in the Big Top at 3pm and 7.45pm on Wednesday February 23. Any NHS staff or care workers are invited to come along with 1 guest each while there is availability.
NHS & Care workers are asked to call the box-office manager on 074 9477 4008 OR 074 9477 4009 or email [email protected] to reserve their seats, they will have to bring proof employment when collecting their tickets and and the offer is caped at the first 300 seats as the venue capacity has been reduced to allow for social distancing
