1. Transforming a historic site
Carnival House is housed in the former St Hilda's Parish Centre in The Kings Road, Southwick. It's been brought to the city by community interest company, The Creative Seed, which was founded by Sandy Harris and her husband Garner. Photo: Stu Norton
