A statement from Blackpool read:“Blackpool’s first-team fixtures against Sunderland (14 March), Shrewsbury Town (21 March) and Peterborough United (29 March), as well as all reserve, youth team and academy games during that period, have been postponed.
“These actions have been taken in response to the developing situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to help prevent and contain the spread of the virus.
“Blackpool Football Club has already taken a number of its own precautionary measures at the stadium and will now close its reception, ticket office and club shop from 5pm today until 9am on Monday 23 March at the earliest. Supporters will still be able to order items online, however.
