This is how Sunderland and Newcastle United supporters can bid for match worn and signed shirts for Poppy Appeal

A selection of match worn and signed shirts are available for supporters to bid on in special auctions.

Sunderland supporters can bid on shirts worn during their clash with Cardiff City at the Stadium of Light last weekend. Luke O’Nien’s shirt has received the highest bid with Jewison Bennette just behind.

Newcastle United supporters will be able to bid on shirts worn by the Magpies during their 4-1 win over Southampton at St Mary’s on Sunday. Goals from Miguel Almiron, Chris Wood, Joe Willock and Bruno Guimaraes sealed Newcastle the win on that day.

Furthermore, shirts from Saturday’s game with Chelsea will also be auctioned off. The current highest bid is over £2,000 for the shirt worn by Almiron on the south coast.
