Bailey Wright in action for Sunderland

@Philip_RJ89: “It’s a shame about Bailey Wright being ruled out for the remainder of the season. He’d made a very positive impact and was really looking like a shrewd signing. Hopefully, he’s offered a contract for next season!”

@TheWearside: “Bailey Wright missing for 8-12 weeks is a big blow but I’m pretty confident a mix of Ozturk and Lynch can see us through. Both different style of defenders but gives a bit versatility which is something we lacked under Ross.”

@eathummous1: “If Barcelona can sign a replacement striker now because of injury, why can't we sign a replacement for Bailey Wright?”

@Ridderz86: “Thanks, kid’s crying.”

@EthanNo46188767: “Time for the big Turkish dancer to step up.”

@DaveBetamax: “That's a real shame as he was playing well. Hope he gets back to fitness soon.”

@bamgboyeolu: “Gutted for him wish him a speedy recovery.”

@StephenNesbit16: “Massive shame...as he has played his part in the last few games, especially bringing the ball out of defence. I wish all the very best.
