After a solid draw at Brentford last weekend and a Carabao Cup win over Hull City in midweek, Régis Le Bris has some big decisions to make as Sunderland welcome the Champions to the Stadium of Light on Saturday night.
Here, we predict what his starting XI might look like and who will make it into the bench - with some very tight calls to be on both fronts...
5. LB - Reinildo
Dayann Methalie had a good full debut in midweek, but Reinildo has been a typically dependable defensive force in the early weeks of the campaign and so will surely continue here. | Chris Fryatt, Sunderland Echo
6. CM - Granit Xhaka
Jules Ahoka had an excellent debut in midweek but no doubt about Sunderland's talisman and his place in the XI against his former club. Has a key role to play. | Chris Fryatt
7. CM - Noah Sadiki
Sadiki is a key player in the team and will have to get through a lot of work on Saturday against an exceptional Arsenal side. | Getty Images
8. CM - Enzo Le Fee
Scored his first goal of the season against Brentford and will hope to build on that against Arsenal. | Getty Images
