Sunderland star Luke O’Nien has found a new way of keeping fit at home while also helping to raise thousands of pounds for the NHS – and he needs your help.

O’Nien has today launched a new series of daily high intensity interval training home workouts, streamed live, with people urged to follow it at home and also donate to a fundraising page aiming to raise £5,000 for the NHS.

O’Nien, posting on his Virgin Money fundraising page, said: “Thank you for taking time to workout with me, I hope you all enjoyed the session!

“We are all aware of the amazing work the NHS are doing for our country, I have set up this page for people to donate to the NHS to support their incredible ongoing work.
