@craigboothftm said: “Great win tonight, Jordan Jones was outstanding! Feeling very confident for Sunday after that”

@johnnyjenko added: “Jordan Jones ripping the League One badge of his top and throwing it on Fratton Park’s turf after his goal was mint...that’s the attitude we need”

@nathanlawsn commented: “A lot has been said of making the signing of Sanderson a priority this summer, but I’d be making as much an effort for Jones. We’re a side transformed since he’s came in, and a decent replacement for McGeady in the long-term”

@Philip_RJ89 posted: “Get Jordan Jones signed on a permanent transfer as soon as the window opens this summer. This lad is absolutely brilliant & could become a Sunderland mainstay for years to come”

@CLQ_W1lks tweeted: “Jordan Jones permanent signing now”

@joshtroberts added: “Jordan Jones is excellent. Worth making him permanent if he’s out of favour at Rangers”

@middsey89 said: “Need to get Jordan Jones signed on a permanent deal ASAP, would be nice to not drag it out for a change”

@LAking86 posted: “If Dion Sanderson is number one on the summer shopping list then I think Jordan Jones is a strong second place”
