1. Rams lead Marshall race

3. Championship interest in Donny ace
Blackburn Rovers are keen on Doncaster Rovers captain Ben Whiteman. Tony Mowbray has had the player watched but it would take a sizeable offer to prise him from Doncaster. Barnsley have already had offers for the player rejected. (Lancashire Telegraph)

4. MK Dons pass on Manchester United starlet
MK Dons won’t be signing Max Taylor. The Manchester United youngster had been on trial with the League One side but have opted against a loan. The defender is expected to go on trial with another League One club. (Manchester Evening News)
