Sunderland were beaten 2-0 by Bournemouth on Sunday to drop further into the Premier League bottom three.
The Black Cats never recovered from a woeful start to the game, in which Evanilson capitalised on two defensive mix ups to assist Marcus Tavernier and force Kevin Danso into making a challenge that earned him a red card. The striker then pounced on a poor backpass to secure the points for the hosts.

1. GK - Robin Roefs
One of few to come out of the game with any kind of credit. Once or twice was perhaps a little too quick to come off his line but made a number of solid stops to keep the scoreline respectable and showed good positioning throughout in his box. 7 | Getty Images

2. RB - Nordi Mukiele
Made a few big blocks while struggling with an injury in the first half but one of too many who started the game short of the intensity required. Sunderland struggled with long balls throughout and it was no different for Mukiele. 4 | Sunderland Echo, Chris Fryatt

3. CB - Kevin Danso
Sent off 17 minutes in on a brutally tough afternoon. Caught out for the opening goal and then caught in possession by Evanlison and made the foul which saw him shown a straight red. Game was almost done at that point for Sunderland. In fairness to Danso, his defenders gave him no help on either occasion. 2 | Sunderland Echo

4. CB - Omar Alderete
Looked well off the pace from the start as his partnership with Danso unravelled. Two lapses of communication led to the early goal and red before a loose backpass ended the game as a contest minutes into the second half. A position that once looked like a strength for Sunderland is now a major concern. 2 | Chris Fryatt
