Sunderland will be hoping to make it back-to-back victories when they face Crewe in League One this evening.
The Black Cats beat Swindon 2-0 at the weekend and still have a couple of fitness concerns ahead of today’s match.
Sunderland boss Phil Parkinson is also assessing the free agent market due to the squad’s lack of central defenders and an injury to Arbenit Xhemajli.
