50’ Big chance for Dajaku!

That should have been 1-1.

Pritchard’s in-swinging free-kick fell at the feet of Dajaku but he skewed his effort wide.

It led to loud groans from the home fans.

Sunderland’s high line was almost exploited in the first half and has now been breached.

McEachran’s pass along the ground released Eias through on goal and the striker beat Patterson with a neat finish.

1-0.

Sunderland almost cut MK Dons open there as Evans’ pass to Stewart sent the striker away on the right of the box.

His cutback across goal was inviting but Pritchard couldn’t quite get there.

Dajaku has been quiet so far on the right but did well to cut inside of Harvine and deliver a cross there.

Unfortunately no one was there to make contact with it.

35’ Penalty appeal

Scott Twine is adamant he should have been awarded a penalty after he tangled with Wright in the box.

The MK Dons man was holding onto the ball before a goal-kick was given.

Twine let his feelings known to the referee, amid cheers from the home fans.
