There are four teams left in the competition – three from League One, and one from League Two.

- Tranmere Rovers

- Lincoln City

When is the draw for the Papa John’s Trophy semi-final?

The draw for the semi-finals will take place on Friday, February 5 at approximately 7:45pm. It will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The ball numbers for the draw are below:

1 – Lincoln City

2 – Oxford United

3 – Sunderland

4 – Tranmere Rovers

When will the Papa John’s Trophy semi-final ties be played?

Ties are currently scheduled to be played on February 16/17.

Sunderland do not currently have a fixture scheduled during this week.

How much prize money is available in the Papa John’s Trophy semi-final?

Clubs will pocket £50,000 if they win their semi-final tie.

Sunderland have already earned £150,000 from the competition – and their run to the final in 2019 was estimated to have made the club a seven-figure sum.

When is the 2021 Papa John’s Trophy final?

The final of this season’s competition is currently scheduled to be played on Sunday, March 14 at Wembley Stadium.

This is subject to change, with the final of last year’s competition still yet to be played.
