Régis Le Bris has some big decisions to make this weekend as Sunderland face Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Here’s what we think he’ll go with, both from the start and from his bench...

Is getting closer to full fitness and his first start is nearing after that outstanding strike against Arsenal, but Isidor will likely continue for the time being. Photo: MAURICE VAN STEEN

18. Sub - Luke O'Nien
Still waiting for his first Premier League minutes but is a key figure behind the scenes and gives Le Bris valuable versatility off his bench. | Sunderland fans celebrate at Wembley during the play-off final win against Sheffield United. Photo by Chris Fryatt.

19. Sub - Omar Alderete
Will be be back in the squad after a concussion. Dennis Cirkin is also available again after injury but Le Bris has the luxury of easing him back gently, as with Romaine Mundle who is close to returning from a hamstring issue. Alderete would have been a strong contender for a start but having picked up a red card in Paraguay's first friendly of the international break, his lack of match minutes might mean Le Bris opts to ease him back in more gently. | Sunderland's Omar Alderete.
