The Black Cats are unchanged from the side that beat Bristol Rovers on Saturday afternoon, with Alim Ozturk retaining his place in the starting line-up after he replaced the injured Bailey Wright at the weekend.

George Dobson meanwhile, who is one booking away from a two-game suspension, is also handed a start as Parkinson makes the bold cold to stick with the same side despite a hectic run of fixtures.
