“It’s all happened so quickly so I’m just letting it sink in, and I’ll just focus on staying fit.

“I’ve been getting myself in a really good place and my body is holding up.

“I’m doing lots of running and I feel really fit in that respect.

“I don’t know what comes next because the future is so uncertain with everything going on in the world and with football at the moment, so I’ll just have to wait and see.

“But I’m getting myself into a good position physically and mentally so I can embrace what comes next.”
