@darksidemackem added: “Get Dan Neil in the team”

@thebuck73 posted: “Thank god we’ve 20 players out of contract at end of season... surely we can replace with some hungry players with a smidge of talent and heart... can’t believe how much we miss Hume. Basic defensive mistakes”

@JordanGowling29 commented: “We were chasing the game and you look at the bench and there not a single player on there that might nick you a goal. The sqaud depth is terrible end the game with to CMs playing full back it's disgusting”

@mattbennettpt tweeted: “I have no words for that performance. We can’t blame the pitch. Plymouth had 3 shots and 2 goals. We we hopeless at shooting, passing, defending. And I have no faith in Embleton or McGuire, neither looked motivated. We have the worst group of players I’ve ever seen!”

@MichaelBowers15 added: “Some of those #SAFC players need to seriously look at themselves (how many times I’ve said that) after that. For context, that was Plymouth’s first away league win this season. Great for them of course but embarrassing for us. It’s these sort of results that damage our chances.”

@_JordanSimpson posted: “We've managed 13 points out of a possible 33 at home this season. That's embarrassing.”

@Scookie555 said: “This one tonight has got me angrier than for a long time. I think it’s because I stupidly allowed myself a bit of hope and optimism again that we might be able to kick on and give it a right good go. But no #SAFC strike again”

@Nick_a88 commented: “Not a chance we are getting out of this league this season. Desperate for pace and some quality in the team”
