'Divine', 'Feels like a dream' - Sunderland fans react to 4-1 rout vs Doncaster Rovers
The Black Cats had the 28-year-old to thank as he dragged his side into a commanding 3-0 lead thanks to a hat-trick of first half headers, all of which were assisted by the superb Aiden McGeady.
Faint hopes of dramatic Rovers comeback were ignited shortly after the break when a Rovers shot cannoned off the post, off Lee Burge’s back, and into the Wearsiders’ net, but Wyke added a fourth just 60 seconds later when he nodded home yet another McGeady delivery.
