Sunderland have the opportunity to reach a fourth Wembley final in three seasons with a spot in the Championship up for grabs if the Black Cats can get past The Imps over two legs.

The first leg will be played at Sincil Bank this evening – and Lee Johnson has named his starting XI for the clash and there’s a first-team return for defender Tom Flanagan.

@Mcewan1320David: “How does Scowen get into the side.”

@macca1937: “Can’t tell if it’s 3 at the back with Gooch RWB and O’Nien centre half or 4 at the back with O’Nien RB and gooch in 10.”

@bigsteviedove: “Flanagan will probably end up going off injured like previous games.”

@imliamwaite: “Actual centre backs at the heart of the defence and O’Nien into midfield has potential to transform us. Still not that confident, but that team is as good as we could have hoped for.”

@JakeStappard_: “That’s got to be power / O’NIen one at full back and one in centre midfield man. He hasn’t gone back to a 3 at the back surely.”

@JHerra18: “Glad he’s gone back to a back 3. The front 3 should be enough on their own to get a goal or two.”
