Sunderland travel to Brentford on Saturday looking to build on last weekend’s narrow home win against Fulham as Regis Le Bris’ side picked up their first three points of the new Premier League season.
After suffering a defeat at Ipswich Town just a week earlier, the Black Cats produced their first victory of a historic campaign as Haiti international Wilson Isidor came off the bench to score the only goal of the game at the Stadium of Light. The visit to Brentford will provide Le Bris and his players with a significant challenge after their hosts claimed four points from their opening two Premier League fixtures and hit Championship club Birmingham City for six in a Carabao Cup second round tie.
Le Bris and Bees counterpart Keith Andrews are facing up to some major calls over their starting line-ups - but which players will miss Saturday’s game?
