Isaac Hayden and Federico Fernandez have already confirmed that they contracted the disease.

And Krafth, speaking to the programme for last night’s home game against Fulham, has confirmed that he also tested positive.

“I was out if training for two weeks,” said Krafth, who returned in the 2-1 home win over West Bromwich Albion last weekend.

“It was a hard two weeks. I had some symptoms. I wasn't feeling too bad, but I couldn't train for at least 10 days, only the last few days I was at home.

"It was quite hard. I was quite happy that I could manage it and could play the game, and, of course, that we got the three points.”

Krafth, signed from Amiens last year, experienced fatigue, headaches, a sore throat and a loss of taste and smell.

"It started at night – I woke up and had a bad headache,” said the 26-year-old. “Then I got more symptoms and more symptoms. The first two days after I tested positive I was really tired – I just wanted to sleep all day.

"Then I had a sore throat, a cold nose, and then lost my taste and smell as well. It was a weird feeling. You didn’t want to get out of bed. It’s hard to tell how it felt. I didn’t have any fever or anything, I just felt down, you know – low energy, none at all.”
