Punters don’t seem put off that Rafa could return to English football at the home of his old club’s Merseyside rivals with BoyleSports cutting his odds into 2/1 from 12/1 on Thursday afternoon, the shortest price he has ever been for the job.

It’s still all about Nuno Espirito Santo however with Everton now in talks with the former Wolves boss after discussions with Crystal Palace came to an end. Nuno was backed into 6/4 from 12/1 earlier this week but has been cut further into 1/1.
