The postponement means Pools are without a festive fixture after Monday’s trip to Carlisle United had already been re-scheduled following the floods in Cumbria.

The next match for Ronnie Moore’s side will be at Newport County next Saturday.

Moore and assistant, Sam Collins, will be working Monday as they take in matches to scout for new players for when the transfer window re-opens.
