Join us on a trip to Houghton-le-Spring where we have a string of classroom memories from Burnside Academy.
It’s time to put another school in the retro spotlight and we have views from 2006 to 2023.
There’s the time when pupils got dressed up for World Book Day in 2022, and had great fun as they celebrated the King’s coronation in 2023.
The school’s refurbishment got the attention of the Sunderland Echo in 2023 and there are also photo memories from a diabetes awareness day as well as the time when pupils went carol singing in a care home in 2017.
Have a look and see how many of these scenes you remember before getting in touch to tell us more.
Or perhaps you would like to tell us about other types of nostalgia you would want to see in our retro section.
It might be memories of your favourite shop, club, nightclub or restaurant. Maybe you want to get back in touch with former workmates from a Sunderland factory, or with pals who you went to school with.
Or perhaps you would like to share memories of a sporting occasion in the past which you would like to revisit.
